We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We allow no-questions asked refund policy to our customers. We believe in a 100% refund policy after the applicable cancellation charges. We shall be liable for 100% refund of product price but not for any shipping cost or any other cost incurred during the return of the product.
Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your original payment method to process and post the refund too.
Cancel Items and Orders
Customer can cancel physical items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. If it has entered shipping process, customer can not cancel the order.

Confirm that your order is cancelled
After submitting the cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation message in your email.
We will respond to your email within 48 hours and initiate the refund procedure by your default payment method if it gets approved. Please keep in mind that default payment method may take some time to process your refund too.
